Project Description

The equipment applies to blanking and automatic spinning of head and clapboard of liquid tanker with regular and irregular shapes. The equipment has two types: spinning machine with die and spinning machine without die.

Spinning machine with die can finish the blanking and edge spinning work of the head and two types of blanking methods can be used: plasma cutting and knife cutting. Plasma cutting applies to blanking of carbon steel and stainless steel head, while knife cutting applies to blanking of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy head.

For spinning machine without die, blanking shall be done firstly according to the section of the tanker and then spin the edge in the spinning machine.

Hydraulic motor is used as power for the spinning machine. Hydraulic pressure is flexible. At the small R arc, if the spinning force increased, the spinning speed will be reduced automatically, so the flatness of the processing surface of the head is very good and the equipment has a long service life. While processing the head, the chuck will ascend and descend automatically to keep the head level which will keep the rolls at the ends of the curved head parallel to the body of the cylinder.

The equipment consists of main spinning machine, pulley, hydraulic system, vacuum system, main cutting machine and so on.

For aluminum alloy tanker, because the elongation percentage of the material is low, if the internal arc R in the head is small, the head will be cracked easily while processing. Now new spinning machine with internal arc R of 40mm, spinning height of 70mm has been developed successfully. There is no equipment of similar type in China nowadays.

Project Description

The equipment applies to automatic welding of girth and longitudinal seam in the cylinder of the carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy tanker with square, round and irregular shaped sections. The moving of welding torch, the rotation of the tank and the angle of the torch are numerical controlled to ensure the welding trolley moving straightly with even pace on the surface of work piece. The rotation signal of tank will be collected by a rotary encoder and will be processed by the numerical control system to control the automatic rotation speed of positioner and the travelling speed of the welding trolley and to ensure a constant welding speed when the rotation angle and speed of the work piece changed. The equipment is controlled through the touch screen, so the operations are simple and the formation of welding seam fine with reliable quality and high production

The equipment consists of traveler gantry, ascending and descending operation platform with touch screen, power source for welding, welding seam tracking system,electrical control system and tank positioner.

Hydraulic Plate Turnover Machine

The equipment can be used with automatic plate tailor welding machine as a complete set to overturn the tailored steel plate. The vane machine not only can overturn the steel plate but also can be used as a shelf to keep the plate. Overturning the steel plates automatically with the hydraulic pressure vane machine is fast and safe. After being overturned, the chains will send the tailored plate to the bending machine automatically for rolling which makes the work become more convenient.

The equipment is controlled by hydraulic pressure with high operability. The operations are simple and easy. The two sides of the machine will hold the work piece tightly and then overturn it for 180°. The equipment consists of overturning rack, overturning saddle, hydraulic pressure system, oil cylinder, chain conveyor, feed blocking device and electrical control system.

Automatic Flat Butt tig Welding Machine

Project Description

For tankers, aluminum tankers, water truck, powder tankers, cement mixers and other raw material tank with a mosaic sheet, plate width widened to about 10m.

Two welded workpieces are tightly pressed on the special shaping trough plate by the plane through the gas cylinder to drive a piano type pressing device and welded by a motor to drive a water cooled torch so that two plates are welded together. The welding line is welded on the single face and shaped on double faces; the welded plate is level; the welding lines on the front and back faces are burnished, level, beautiful and smooth; the straightness deviation full-length range of the welding line is not more than ±1.5 mm; the weld height of the front face is not more than 2 mm; the weld height of the back face is not more than 1 mm; the welding line is 8 to 12 mm in width.

The equipment comprises a bed body, a piano type pressing device, a track girder, a welding walking system, a location device, a gas circuit system, a back shaping base groove, a welding power source, a water cooling system, an exhaust and lighting system, a plate conveying device, an electric control system and a remote control device, etc.
